How to Deposit on BongoBongo Kenya
Depositing on BongoBongo Kenya is straightforward. You can choose between SIM tool Kit (Safaricom) or depositing online through our website.
Depositing via Safaricom
Go to M-Pesa menu on your phone.
Select Lipa Na M-Pesa.
Click on Pay Bill.
Enter business number 499995 (for BongoBongo).
Enter your phone number as account number.
Enter the amount you want to transfer to Bongobongo (minimum amount: KHs 10).
Enter your Mpesa PIN and confirm the request.
You will shortly receive an SMS from M-Pesa confirming the transaction.
Log into your account and check if your deposit has been updated accordingly.
Depositing Online via Our Website
Log in to your BongoBongo Kenya account.
Select Deposit from the top menu.
Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum amount: KHs 10).
Click Deposit.
Enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm the transaction.
You will receive an SMS that confirms your deposit transaction.
Done! Refresh the page to ensure your deposit has been updated.
Important Notes
BongoBongo does not charge any fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile operator might charge a fee.
